The Hiking Guide with 11 exciting trails in and around Wettingen. It provides information about the difficulty of the hike, its duration, barbecue areas on the trail and, in addition, provides information about things to be taken into account on each route. Any interesting sites are also described with text and pictures. The Guide can be obtained for Fr.25.00 at the Information desk in the Wettingen Town Hall (Rathaus).

The north-east of Aargau grew into an industrial landscape of a rare density in the 19th and 20th centuries thanks to its very large rivers. Many of these factories and powerc station buildings are still standing today. The Industrial Culture Path at the Limmat-Wasserschloss is a hiking trail that takes you by historically important industrial buidlings.
The Culture Path connects the three municipalities of Baden, Wettingen and Neuenhof on both banks of the LImmat, from wooden bridge to wooden bridge. It opens up a delightful and varied river landscape. 19 sculptures by Swiss artists can be found along the path.
Relaxation fitness course bluetrail
In March 2007, a bluetrail relaxation fitness course with five tailor-made exercises based on traditional Chinese medicine, was opened on the Trafoplatz in Baden.
