The new Hiking Guide from the Municipality of Wettingen wants to encourage the local population to become more active. More about the new Hiking Guide
Traffic delays and road closures due to construction work in the section above Münzlishausen up to Baldegg from 27th June 2011
The construction work will be carried out in stages and is expected to last until the end of August 2011. As the progress of the work depends on the weather, the schedule could be affected by delays.

The Limmatsteg with the promenade lift that links Baden to Ennetbaden was the winning project of the last “Flâneur d'Or – Pedestrian Traffic Prize for Infrastructure”. Entries are now invited for the "Flâneur d'Or 2011". Pedestrian-friendly infrastructures, such as high quality redesigns of public areas, paths and squares, will be eligible for this competition. Entries can be registered here up to the 30th April 2011.
The "Aargau Hiking Trails" programme for the year 2011 is on-line. Non-members can also order the printed version from the office from the start of 2011.
